We make sure our customers have a simple and transparent shopping experience. Here you will find all the important information about ordering, payment and shipping:

Order and payment

Once payment is received in full, your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days within Switzerland. We accept payment via credit card, Twint, and PostFinance. All prices are listed net in Swiss francs (CHF).

We offer free shipping for orders over CHF 10. For orders under CHF 10, a shipping fee of CHF 5 applies.

If an item is not in stock, we will inform you promptly and refund any payments made. Please note that exchanges and returns are not permitted.

Delivery

Our delivery takes place exclusively within Switzerland and is handled by Swiss Post. If your parcel does not arrive, the burden of proof lies with us. As soon as the parcel has been verifiably handed over to the post office or a carrier, our obligation is deemed to have been fulfilled.
